However, BTRC officials say that taking part in the meeting does not mean that the license of Foreji is not taken. However, no one can submit an application for a license even if it is not in the meeting or can participate in Spectrum auction.

“So, seeing today’s meeting presence, it can not be said at least that Citycell is in Forsi, or there is nobody new.” A top BTRC official in the pre-bid meeting said.

According to the BTRC sources, in the meantime Citycell had applied for license for 3G license and Spectrum auctioned. But in the end they did not go any further.

On the other hand, BTRC could not be interested in any new operators, as many efforts were done during the 3G regime. But this time, the policy has been created with the opportunity of introducing new operators for Forsi. BTRC Chairman Dr. Shahjahan Mahmud also spoke two interested operators a few days ago.

Meanwhile, on January 14, you will be able to apply for a four-digit license. BTRC has fixed the schedule for spectrum auction on February 13.

After the application, the BTRC will publish the list of eligible applicants on January 25. January 29 will discuss the auction rules. By 5th February, the bid Ernest Mani will be offered to the eligible candidates. Then on February 7 will be auctioned letter and will be auctioned on February 12.

BTRC will announce the name of the winner on February 13 auction and the auction on February 14.
