Assalamu Alaikum,

If there is more than 15 mobile SIM or rim in the hands of a subscriber, they will contact the operators at their own initiative on 28th February and ask to disable extra SIM, the telecommunications regulator BTRC has said.

According to the government decision, the number of SIM / RIM has been set to 15 regardless of the pre-paid, post-paid mobile operator of a customer. From now on, no customer (except corporate customer) can register SIM / RIM outside that limit.
In the meantime, all the customers who have exceeded that limit will have to deactivate the additional SIM / RIM by following the appropriate process by presenting themselves to the mobile operator’s customer care center on February 28.

If the subscriber does not deactivate the additional SIM during that time, the commission will then cancel and close their registration with the operator according to their decision.

In that case, the customer’s required SIM may be stopped, the notice has been warned.
