Assalamu Alaikum,

I hope everyone is very good. I came to you about something about electronics. Let’s start talking without talking. We will know about the transistor today.

The transistor was invented by Shalki, a scientific transistor. It’s basically a small quality signal
Moves from residual resistance to high quality resistances. There are three parts of the transistor
1 / base
2 / emitter
3 / collector
The base, the emitter and the collector are three terminals of Bipolar Transistor.

Transistor gasping: Transistor gasping is the process by which the transistor is applied to the outer voltage application.

The transistor structure is divided into two categories according to nature.
1 / PNP Transistor.

2 / NPN transistors.

Now we will see how PNP and NPN transistors have the advantage and how they work.

PNP transistors: PNP transistors are two P-type and one
PNP transistors are made by the N-type semiconductor.

Below are some benefits of PNP:
* The current flows due to the hole in the base and the collector from the emitter to the PNP transistor.
* Negatives and emitter positive voltage are applied to the collector.
* Frequency response and stability are low.

NPN transistors: NPN transistors are two n-type and one
The NPN transistor is made by P-Type Semiconductor.

Below are some benefits of NPN:
* The current flows for electrons flow from the NPN transistor emitter to the collector.
* Positive and emitter negative voltage is applied to the collector.
* Frequency response and more durability.

Now we will know how the liquefied current is affecting the transistor:
If the PN declaration is given in the book, then the miniaturization charge is through the jurisdiction for the carrier
When the current flows, it is called Leakage Current.
When the leakage current flows through the transistor, the transistor’s thermoelectricity grows. Heat
If the liquefied current gets enlarged then the junction can be burned by the transistor’s presence too much.
