Suppose you wrote ‘I’m good’ with your mobile phone keyboard. Using the keyboard artificial intelligence (AI), the next word will show, ‘I’ or ‘No’. The next word will not be written yet. Many people do not even know how to type Bangla. They can write finger words (swipe) words and sentences on keyboard. As a result, while writing Bangla on mobile phones, many will live. The same facility can be found in English too. It contains 120 emoji. Such a keyboard has been created by teachers and students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SMTP).

A week ago the name of the keyboard was called in a message in social media. These names were selected from the names ‘Ekushey Bangla Keyboard’. The keyboard was inaugurated on Tuesday at the university premises on Tuesday. Professor Muhammad Zafar Iqbal inaugurated the CSE Department. Professor Mohammad Reza Selim, Professor Mohammad Jahirul Islam, professor of CSE, Professor Mohammad. Shahidur Rahman and the makers were present.

Vishapriya Chakravarty said, ‘Ekushey Bangla Keyboard’ can be brought from the Google Play Store (bitly.com/downloadKeyboard) to the smartphone. Talking in the future will add the convenience of finding information. Manufacturers will also make it for the iOS operating system
