Facebook has removed the Stories feature from Messenger. As a result, only friends’ stories will be seen on the Facebook app. Mark Zuckerberg’s company recently introduced this new change for users’ convenience.
The new feature will show icons of online friends who have online stores in the Messenger app. Just click on the ‘watch all’ option above all the friends of the friends will be consistently displayed.
Stories options appear on top of the Facebook app. If you want, you can add your stories by clicking on ‘your story’.
Many users did not like the number of Facebook and Messenger apps to make more features together. Many have complained about the matter. In that sequence, Facebook is trying to keep their apps as light and simple as possible. The company is continuing to conduct a series of tests. Soon, more new features of Facebook apps may be unveiled.
In March this year, it was added to Facebook by duplicate the Stories feature of Snapchat. Facebook’s acquisition of pictures sharing platform Instagram also has similar features. Many people criticized Facebook for the copying of the feature.
But Facebook has said that their main goal is to connect users with daily new features every day. Because of this, 186 million users in the world are using this new facility.
