The coming of automated or unmanned vehicle era. The app-based car accessories company Uber has shown interest in auto cars. Sweden’s car maker Volvo is contracting with Uber. The company is planning to buy 24,000 auto cars from Volvo. Apart from offering app-driven car services, it will also be working as its own car service provider.

In this deal with Volvo, the US will now be able to compete with other companies in the automobile division in Silicon Valley. Currently, Silicon Valley’s big technology companies have started to compete for auto cars.

Uber has made its own division of auto car. Software created by the division will be associated with Volvo’s car.

Volvo authorities said in a statement that they will supply the 90-seater EVA 90S fleet of automated technology between 2019 and 2021 in accordance with the agreement. They will supply 24,000 cars in total. The automated driving technology that is being used is still not ready. The technology is being developed under Uber’s Advanced Technologies Group.

If Uber gives the order of 24,000 cars, it is the largest order in Volvo history so far. This is the biggest proclamation in the car industry. Currently, it will be the first commercial vehicle to be released in the market for the loss of $ 60 million per annum.

Volvo XC 90 cars are sold for 50 thousand US dollars. For nearly a year, Volvo has been conducting experiments with cars. During this procedure, the car is not fully driverless during examination. In the United States, at Temp, Arizona and Pittsburgh, a driver was seen sitting in front of the car during the examination. Driver failed to control the vehicle if the vehicle failed.

Jeff Miller, chief of Uber’s Automobile Alliance, said that from the very first day, the goal was to invest in a car, which is quite standardized. Uber’s aim is to get automated and non-driving cars called Uber App and they will pass the passenger to the specified destination. Miller said, if the driver can be removed, it can be considered as a business.

His authority has not disclosed the cost of the purchase of Volvo’s car. However, buying a car is part of their huge investment plan. Apart from this, the renter of cars will be big changes in Uber’s long business model. Now Uber has its own cars.

In 2010, Zhengjiang Gilly Holding Group, a Chinese company, bought Volvo from Ford. The company is planning to build SVV in Sweden’s Torlenda Plant. The company is planning to hire Uber at the same price that the car sells to the dealers at the same price.

Uber’s rival lift this year, the US company made a deal with Alfaibet’s Vemo Department. The lift has also been informed about the plans to use the automatic conveyance passenger transport.
