Sheikh Hasina Software Park to open tomorrow on Sunday

Officially opened in Sheikh Hasina Software Technology Park in Jessore.

On Sunday, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate a software park developed by her name through Ganeshan Bhaban through video conferencing.

Through this, free opportunities are being created in the field of information technology in the southern part of the country. Last month the construction of the HiTech Park was completely completed.

Regarding the inauguration of the park, State Minister for Information Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak said, “We have constructed software technology park in Jessore with the overall guidance of the Prime Minister’s directive to develop Jessore as Technology City and Digital Economic Hub and overall supervision of PM’s ICT related advisors.” With the inauguration of this park of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina tomorrow, the new horizons of the IT sector will be exposed.

He said our effort to join the generation of 4th Industrial Revolution to the younger generation through the journey of this park becomes visible. Besides, through the implementation of this initiative, we also implemented the promise that on December 27, 2010, the announcement was made to build an IT park in Jessore in Jessore to join South Bengal in the field of Information Technology.

Project Director of Sheikh Hasina Software Park, Jessore, Joint Secretary of the Department of Information Technology Jahangir Alam told TechSharodcom that the place has already been allotted to 55 companies in the software park. Five companies have started the work. Now 12 organizations are working in their office decoration. Other organizations are preparing to work.

She said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the Hi-Tech Park at 11 am on Sunday. For this, all the preparations have been done in the park area. Immediately after the inauguration, all the companies are expected to start their work.

On October 5, the IT department of the software park had organized the fair. There are 30 technology companies involved. Thousands of young people submitted their biographies for the job in the park. From there, the companies will give jobs to their preferred candidates. There will be the employment of about 12 thousand people in the park.

Sheikh Hasina is the software technology park built in Jessore city of Bezpara. The construction of a 15-story building is about Tk. The total area is 2,02,000 sq ft. Each floor has 14 thousand square feet of space.

At the park, startups will also get the space to move their initiative for free.
