Job Fair for the Persons with Disabilities Today “10am to 6pm”

The IT Department is organizing a job fair again on the first day of the new year. On January 1, the fair will be held in the ICT Tower of Agargaon.

The fair will be held from 10 am to 6 pm on Monday.

The Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC), under the Department of Information Technology, is organizing a job fair for specially qualified persons for the fourth time.

In the message, Social Media has sent a video message to Facebook on the occasion of the fair, said State Minister for Information Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak. At the same time, he said, “We have arranged the ‘Job Fair Fair’ for the specially enabled people from the Department of Information and Communication Technology. The aim of this job fair is to arrange employment in the ICT sector for those who are particularly capable. We last year arranged for more than 100 specially trained young people. We hope that we can arrange more employment.

Inviting everyone, Palak said that we want to reach the benefits of digital Bangladesh for all the men and women of the country, especially those who are specially able. To ensure job creation in the IT sector, training will be provided for specially enabled people at the Monday’s Job Fair.

Last year, the fair was organized by IT Department. Where several IT companies gave jobs to more than one hundred disabled people.

Some of the organizations that were employed include organizations of Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), affiliated technology organizations, Bangladesh Association of Call Centers and Outsourcing (Sentences), Accenture, My Outsourcing, Disneyon, Cyber Cafe Honors Association and many organizations.

Exim Bank also provides jobs for several people.
